Each session targets all five key elements of fitnessโ€”strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, and body compositionโ€”pushing reformer Pilates to the next level. If youโ€™re looking to level up your strength and performance, this is your class.

Megaformer
Basics

consisting of all the fundamental Lagree exercises, this class is suitable for those new to the Megaformer and for experienced clients alike

MegaHEAT

like no other heated training experience! A fusion of strength, endurance and Pilates, youโ€™ll work with resistance bands, dumbbells and your own body weight to burn out every muscle in your body

MegaHEAT+

a step up from our MegaHEAT classes. Expect 2-3 strong bursts of cardio added to our regular MegaHEAT routines
